- Coordinating the admission requirements for Diploma and Bachelor's degree programs.
- Coordinating the validation workshop for enrollment projections and admission requirements for new intake sessions.
- Preparing the Senate Meeting papers for the approval of enrollment projections and admission requirements for the new academic session.
- Updating the new projections and requirements in the e-MAS system, JPT, similar to the University Senate's approval.
- Representing the university at student intake meetings with JPT, KPT.
- Managing the intake of Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Managing applications for admission appeals and university exchange cases.
- Managing and coordinating the registration sessions for new Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Generating vacancy reports by program after the initial registration for submission to JPT, KPT for appeal purposes.
- Managing and coordinating the registration sessions for new appeal Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Coordinating enrollment statistics projections for UniSZA.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities coordinated by CCORM.

SCHEDULING, RECORDS, AND COURSE REGISTRATION SECTION
- Implementing and managing course registration, lecture scheduling, and updating the Student Academic System (SISMAK) for Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Coordinating credit mobility course registration for inbound and outbound students.
- Managing student records and status verification. Managing and updating applications for program exchange for diploma and bachelor's degree students.
- Managing and updating applications for course Withdrawal (TD), Semester Withdrawal (TP), and University Withdrawal (HS) for diploma and bachelor's degree students.
- Updating applications for credit transfer and exemption for students.
- Preparing data for diploma and bachelor's degree students.
- Coordinating data with MyMoheS, Setara, and QS Ranking.

EXAMINATION AND GRADUATION SECTION
- Managing and coordinating matters related to final examinations such as venue, examination materials/equipment, and examination question papers.
- Preparing the final examination schedule.
- Appointing chief invigilators, invigilators, and examination assistants.
- Reviewing formats, printing, storing examination papers securely, and handing them over to the chief examination invigilator.
- Receiving and collecting reports on the conduct of final examinations.
- Managing student discipline related to academic matters.
- Preparing final examination result reports for approval by the Faculty Examination Committee and Senate Meeting.
- Managing appeals for review of official examination results.
- Managing appeals for continuation of studies.
- Managing graduating and concluding students' academic affairs.
- Preparing scrolls and academic transcripts for students.
