- Coordinating the admission requirements for Diploma and Bachelor's degree programs.
- Coordinating the validation workshop for enrollment projections and admission requirements for new intake sessions.
- Preparing the Senate Meeting papers for the approval of enrollment projections and admission requirements for the new academic session.
- Updating the new projections and requirements in the e-MAS system, JPT, similar to the University Senate's approval.
- Representing the university at student intake meetings with JPT, KPT.
- Managing the intake of Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Managing applications for admission appeals and university exchange cases.
- Managing and coordinating the registration sessions for new Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Generating vacancy reports by program after the initial registration for submission to JPT, KPT for appeal purposes.
- Managing and coordinating the registration sessions for new appeal Diploma and Bachelor's degree students.
- Coordinating enrollment statistics projections for UniSZA.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities coordinated by CCORM.
Admission and Intake Section
SCHEDULING, RECORDS, AND COURSE REGISTRATION SECTION
- Managing the registration of new course codes within the GENERO and UTime systems.
- Coordinating the program structure within the Student Management Portal System.
- Managing and coordinating course offerings and prerequisite courses each semester.
- Managing and executing the registration of graduate student courses.
- Handling requests for Course Withdrawal and University Withdrawal.
- Managing and reviewing the Active Student, Self-Ceased, and study period completion statuses each semester.
- Managing and updating records of credit transfer applications by students.
- Managing and updating requests for program and faculty transfers by students.
- Managing and monitoring the activation process of Course Learning and Teaching Assessment (TnL) Modules for faculties/centers.
- Managing, monitoring, and supervising the preparation of class schedules.
- Planning and managing the storage and maintenance of student information records and being responsible for preparing student data for submission to:

- Managing and preparing enrollment of graduate students.

- Managing confirmation letters for students who have completed their studies at UniSZA.
- Managing the collection of transcripts and scrolls that are not claimed after convocation ceremonies by graduates/representatives.
- Issuing confirmation letters for graduates who have lost their scrolls.
- Conducting inspections of classrooms before the semester begins.
- Handling complaints regarding classroom facility damages.
- Managing classroom reservation.
- Coordinator for LNPT – Teaching Division (lectures).
- Handling Customer Service at the Academic Counter.

- Supervising the stock of examination necessities at each campus.

- Handling appeals for examination paper review.
- Managing appeals from students for continuation of studies.
- Handling applications from students for Special Retake Examinations and Special Examinations.
- Managing student discipline.
