EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY SECTION
- Managing and formulating policies related to UniSZA's e-Learning such as blended learning, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), and MOOC Credit Transfer.
- Managing and formulating procedures for MOOC Credit Transfer.
- Managing course offerings every semester and MOOC/MC credit transfers.
- Managing the University Learning Management and Reporting System (KeLIP) and UniSZA's MOOC.
- Monitoring, updating, reporting, and generating Achievement Certificates for Supported Online Learning (PTS) and Replacement Online Learning (PTG).
- Developing modules and implementing programs to enhance lecturers' skills in developing technology-based teaching content such as Augmented/Virtual Reality/Mobile Workshops, Video/Photography Editing Workshops, Web 2.0 Tools Workshops (powtoon, sparkol, animation, jing, etc.).
- Providing helpdesk services related to teaching technology such as KeLIP and Web 2.0 tools.
- Managing and maintaining a list of requirements related to educational technology assets (global classrooms, innovation labs, iStudios).

ACADEMIC INNOVATION SECTION

Developing, managing, and maintaining an academic innovation system, including:
- Outcome-Based Education (OBE)'s curriculum design module
- Academic Staff Scholarship Distribution (AKP) & integration schedule system module
- Online examination module
- Assessment reporting module (learning outcomes/skills domain, GPA, CGPA, MOOC, MC)
- Learning analysis module
- Managing and formulating policies related to Micro-Credentials (MC) and MC Credit Transfer.
- Managing and formulating procedures for MC Credit Transfer.
- Managing course offerings every semester and MC credit transfers.
- Planning and implementing user training programs and helpdesks for each developed system.
- Providing original content development services to lecturers (Storyboards, Graphics, Videos, Websites, Mobile Applications, AR/VR, AI).
- Managing Scholarship of Teaching and Learning grants (SoTL).
- Managing and assisting in special awards for curriculum design and innovative delivery (AKRI).
- Organizing symposiums/carnivals/conferences on e-learning (UniCeL/IUCeL/ICOeL).
- Coordinating the Monitoring and Reporting System for Academic Action Plans (PTA).
- Coordinating the Monitoring Systems (MSA/MQA/Reviews) for Academic Programs (APMS).
- Coordinating the Integrated Assessment System (SBP).
